How do I get a warranty replacement?

Please e-mail us along with your order number and we'll help you through the process.

How can I get a manual?

You can download the available manuals by going to Support>Downloads on the top menu bar. Or click here for a short cut.

How can I track my shipment?

Log in to your account, click on "view order" link nextt to the item you want to tack. On the detail page, you will see the red track order link. Just click on it and you will see the info. Alternatively,  from the top menu bar, follow Support>TrackShipment and type in your tracking number provided to you with an email.
