Why did I receive a product with crease marks?
This product features a cutting edge pressure activated micro-glass beads technology and rarely, during transportation due to high air pressures, the micro-glass beads might get activated and stick to eachother, causing the crease marks. This issue would not occur once your SIlverback is installed on your device as the microbeads would no longer have the space to stick to eachother.
If your product is not in perfect condition, DON'T try to install it and contact Luvvitt for fast'n free replacement.
