Apple’s latest App of the Week: Spark Camera
This entry was posted on Thursday, January 16, 2014.
The native iOS camera app keeps things simple, alright, but it can be a bit too simple for users in some situations, and leave a lot to be desired then. There are barely any options to shoot videos differently, in particular. That’s where third party apps come in, and one of them, namely Spark Camera, is Apple’s latest App of the Week. Read on below the break to know more about it.
One of the most memorable features of Spark Camera is that you can press & hold anywhere to record, release your touch to stop the recording, and constantly do this as many times as you'd like to create multiple clips that’d be perfect for Vine or Instagram! You can record up to 45 second of footage at a time, at a resolution of up to 720p. In the post processing stage, you can even add music from your music collection to the video, apply high quality filters and the like. The Pro version (that is currently free with the App of the Week promotion) has features such as the ability to import videos from the camera roll, rearranging and deleting clips just the way you want, and trimming beginning and ending of clips, among others.
You can download Spark Camera for your iPad or iPhone from the App Store here.
