The recent rumors about delays in the launch of 2nd gen iPad Mini have been floating around the internet, with sources ranging from the fairly reliable to the incredibly obscure. This may just prove to be a blessing in disguise for some iPad Mini rivals, and probably none more so than Google and ASUS' impressive combined effort - the Nexus 7. Staples has ended up leaking some of the crucial details about the second iteration of the stock Android tablet now. Read on to know more.
The Nexus 7 2 will get a launch on August 31st, according to the new findings. It will have the same 7-inch display, but a 1.5GHz quad-core processor. It has 32GB of storage, a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.2MP front camera. It will have Android 4.3, with 1080p output via “slim port”
The rumored delays by Apple in getting the 2nd gen iPad Mini out of the blocks are getting all the more acceptable with every passing day, especially with real competitors like the upcoming new Nexus 7 on their way. The new Nexus 7 would not be just any old Android tablet in the market, but instead, it would offer arguably the best Android experience in any devices based on the Google OS, but at the fraction of the cost it takes to buy a non-basic iPad in general.
