There have been a lot of rumors flying around about the existence of Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom lately, but the recently leaked official photos of the device has finally confirmed that the device is very much real. The Galaxy S4 Zoom is an unusual looking phone, to say the least. It looks like a normal Samsung Android phone, with a pocket digital camera on the back. A camera button is visible on the side of the device, which suggests the phone can be used as a point and shoot camera.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom will be running on the latest version of Android Jelly Bean, which is 4.2.2. A dual core processor, clocked at 1.6 GHz will power the device. It has a 4.3 inch qHD display and a 16 megapixel camera along with optical zoom. The internal storage memory is expected to be 8 GB with an expandable memory card slot present. Zoom will also come equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.
The picture quality of S4 Zoom is expected to be stellar no doubt, as was indicated by a previously leaked photo which was supposedly taken by this device. The FCC listing also revealed some information about this device, and LTE was surprisingly absent from the specs.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S4 Zoom on June 20th at its London event, where a number of new devices are also expected to be launched. A number of Windows Phones from Samsung are also expected to be unveiled at this event.
