Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift Review

That candy munching little green monster... thing... Om Nom is back for another installment of rope-cutting, candy swinging fun. ZeptoLabs has just come out with a new addition to the Cut the Rope franchise with Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift.
This new version of the game features a lot of the familiar physics based gameplay and of course that lovable green blob Om Nom. The focus of the game pretty much remains the same in this holiday version of the best-selling iOS game, but this time you are greeted with 25 additional levels that have a rather cutesy Christmas theme to them. You can now use Christmas stockings to teleport the candy to where Om Nom so he can devour it, even the ever present rope is replaced with a very seasonal string of lights.
Another addition to the game is the Christmas card creating option. You can now emblazon various holiday clip arts from Cut the Rope and paste them onto your own pictures. You can now send your friends and family digital season's greetings with your favorite iOS game character with you. Though the Christmas card creator seems like a nice add-on to the game, it is hampered somewhat by it not having a re-sizing feature for the included clip art; so you need to be very exact on just how you take your pictures so that the inserted images will seem up to scale.
