A Newsstand... in Your Hand?

Available on iPad, iPad2, iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S, Newsstand requires iOS5 to operate, Newsstand is a magazine rack for your iDevice, kind of like iBooks is an iDevice library. Users can purchase subscriptions for magazines, journals and newspapers; once subscribed the icon will be shown on the "shelf," waiting to be opened and read.
If you like reading them, they're on Newsstand. GolfDigest, Popular Science, Allure and Parents, any subscription you have is now in one easy to navigate home. It's a newsstand you carry around with you, and you don't even have to arm wrestle that guy over the last issue of Car and Driver.
The best part? You don't have to manually update each of your issues; Newsstand does that for you. Whether your magazines have new issues daily, weekly or monthly, you'll always have the latest as soon as it's available.
And if you've decided you want to add a little variety to your morning routine, you can always check out all the most popular titles. Want to learn more about potty training for your stubborn two year old? Need to figure out what's going on in the Stock Market? Or to read some trashy tabloids to get the dirt on all the latest celeb break-ups, make-ups and mix-ups? Well, look no further than Newsstand. If it's in print, it's here.
