Looks like HP is prepping at least two new interesting devices for you in the near future, A webOS developer has spotted references to two new hitherto unheard of devices inside webOS log files. The two devices are quite dissimilar with one sporting a laptop sized 1024 x 768 display. The other device is a smartphone with no keyboard. This device sports a resolution of 480*320.
That said, it is pertinent to note that there was a talk of HP planning to introduce its WebOS to notebooks thanks to some leaked training documents a few months ago. Now this latest leak just adds to the mounting evidence of HP planning new notebooks based on WebOS. However, with HP already planning to release its TouchPad soon, there is a section of people who believe that this new notebook might turn out to be nothing more than a TouchPad paired with a QWERTY keyboard. Possible!
As for the other device, it runs an unannounced version of WebOS dubbed the Nova Dartfish. However, this seems to be targeted at the mid-range segment as mad evident by the not so high resolution of 480 x 320. It will also NOT get a removable battery. That might just put some of you off already!
