Now I am perplexed as to how could all these bunch of smart Android freaks could miss out on this one. Anyway the news is that users from over at StreakSmart, a dedicated group of Android fanboys that have a thing for Dell’s Streak tablets have figured that Android Honeycomb actually has a hidden UI within it that can change the look of it to look like Android 2.3 Gingerbread instead.
It can be invoked simply by changing the values for LCD density. Now, to be able to do this, you should have rooted your Android tablet. Set the density to above 170 and all you need to do is reboot. Once your tablet spring back to life, you are greeted with a UI that will be the reminiscent of the stock Android UI on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
